Symposium Artikel 13 DSM-richtlijn
Op maandag 25 maart 2019 vond ons symposium over artikel 13 van de DSM-richtlijn, de zogenaamde 'content-filter', plaats. Tijdens dit symposium zijn de mogelijk verstrekkende gevolgen voor alle internetgebruikers van dit artikel aanbod gekomen, zowel vanuit het oogpunt van de voor- en de tegenstanders.
Wij kijken terug op een prachtige avond met waanzinnige sprekers! Wij willen Stefan Kulk, Robbert Baruch, Martin Senftleben en Marcel Bamberg nogmaals bedanken voor hun bijdrage. Mede dankzij de vele vragen die tijdens het forum gesteld werden en het af en toe felle debat hebben de aanwezigen een goed mening kunnen vormen over dit veelbesproken artikel.

On Monday the 25th of March 2019, our symposium concerning article 13 of the DSM directive, the so-called ‘content filter’ article, took place. During this symposium, all possible consequences of this article for internet users were examined, considering the perspectives of proponents as well as opponents.
We look back upon a stunning evening with amazing speakers! We would like to thank Stefan Kulk, Robbert Baruch, Martin Senftleben and Marcel Bamberg once again for their contribution. Thanks to the passionate debate and the many questions asked during the forum, our attendees were able to form their own opinion about this much discussed article.
